Scottish Landscape Photography | Seascapes | Elie Ness | Fife
March 20, 2011 | Category: Landscapes
Recently I held a one to one landscape photography workshop at Elie on the Fife Coast. This workshop explained to a delegate the fundamentals of landscape photography, in particular key equipment, the use of filters and composition. The workshop also explained how I plan my trips including the use of detailed weather data, maps and tide tables.

One of my favourites from the landscape photography workshop is above. I love the movement of the sea in this image as well as the spotlights top left on the Firth of Forth. Technical data is ISO100, 1/3s at f/8 with a 2 stop Neutral Density Filter and 3 stop Graduated Neutral Density Filter. Wellington boots were also required as this was taken during a high spring tide.
